Lawn Maintenance

Lifestyle Outdoor is dedicated to helping our community look its best! They provide lawn maintenance services, which includes yard mowing, driveway trimming, blowing, sprinkler turn on in Spring and winterization in Fall, and a lawn application to keep your lawn looking beautiful during the mowing season.

Lawn mowing services are provided every Wednesday  during the mowing season. Inclement weather can affect time and day of lawn services and could push services till the following day if needed. Please ensure that all personal items are removed from lawns to allow for efficient and thorough mowing. Please clean up after your pets as this can affect grass and could spread disease to other residents' lawns.  

While the lawn service team handles mowing and maintenance, watering your lawn remains the responsibility of individual homeowners. We recommend watering mornings between 8-11am to keep our lawns healthy and green. You may want to avoid Wednesday watering due to the lawn mowing schedule.
